Fatal exception or silent failure at startup fx-jnlp app with args in x86 browser on Win x64

      Win 7 x64, jre7 and browser x86.
      When I try to start up fx-jnlp application with arguments trough a browser (IE,GC,FF), I get a fatal exception (see attach).
      It's not a regression and bug reproduced with 7u6
