Unsigned policy.jar make jcp hang up when click the "View the active Security Policy File"

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Install a policy.jar which is not signed.
      2.Open JCP-Security
      3.If the JCP hangs up when click on the "View the active Security Policy File", bug is reproducible.

      Attachment is my policy.jar.
