Win32GraphicsDevice.isPixFmtSupported[native]() extremely slow

      There has been one report from a NetBeans user so far. The report is from JDK 8 used with NetBeans on Windows 7, and the profiling information shows 20509ms spent in the method sun.awt.Win32GraphicsDevice.isPixFmtSupported[native]().
