A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
On 6/21/2013 ~00:20, I was prompted to upgrade my JAVA version from what appears to be 1.6.0-22 to 1.7.0-25. This upgrade completed just fine. As a supplemental offer, the upgrade tutorial presented an additional process to search the system for backlevel
JAVA version, and purge those found. A disclaimer on that process explained that this
      function might take some time.

After an hour of waiting for this completion, I let the system run until about 07:30 later in
the morning, where the process was still executing.

II terminated the Uninstall process, and begin to gather documentation.

I then reviewed the outstanding incident inventory, but found no event that matched this
      description.
