Expired certificate information is missing from more information dialog against self-signed certificates

        For expired self signed certificate there is no information about expired cert inside the more information dialog(refer to attached screen shots). This information is there if certificate is coming form trusted authority

        Steps to reproduce
        1) Install latest 7u40 bundles
        2) Load following applet
        http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/jitu/plug-bug/ocsp/AppletFullJavaVersion.html
        3)On the security dialog, click on More Information
        This should bring up the more information dialog
        4) If information related to expired certificate is missing then bug is reproduced
