Add additional compressedOops and CompressedKlassPtrs info to hs_err files. In file vmError.cpp, create a step 55 and move compressedOops info from step 49 to step 55. Also, add compressedKlassPtrs info to step 55, including shift amounts, narrow bases, class metaspace size, and class metaspace base.
