Branding needs to be applied on content picked up from gendocs directory

      As a part of https://jbs.oracle.com/bugs/browse/JDK-8012713, the branding of content picked up from the gendocs directory was missed.

      Online and offline bundles for OracleJDK and Open JDK should included correctly branded content for the content picked up from the gendocs/oraclejdk or gendocs/openjdk directories.
