defaultMethodRegressionTest fails in TL

      The following test fails when run in jtreg samevm mode.
      tools/javac/defaultMethodExecution/DefaultMethodRegressionTests.java

      I have reduced the failure to a simple testcase attached, this seems
      to be a problem with classloaders, ie. when URLCLassLoader is used
      to load the test classes.
