We are seeing increasing number of users reporting this issue while trying to install latest version of Java (7 Update 25) from java.com.

      Typical user comment:
      1) Trying to install the new version of Java Runtime (v 7).
I have already downloaded the file "jxpiinstall.exe". I run it, but after
the first windows I got the following message: the file
      http://javadl-esd.sun.com/update/1.7.0/1.7.0_25-b17.xml can not be downloaded
(or something similar). the installation failed.

      2) I am unable to download the latest version of java. Every attempt results in the message:
      unable to download http://javadl-esd.sun.com/update/1.7.0/1.7.0_25-b17.xml
I have attempted this download through Google Chrome 27.0.1453.110 m, IE 9.0.8112.16421; and Firefox 22.0.
These servers are behind a firewall through which I must authenticate, but that does not stop me from
      downloading other files.
In IE, I have added http://*.java.com; http://*.sun.com; and ftp://*.sun.com to Trusted Sites.
