After calling frame.toBack() dialog goes to the back on Ubuntu 12.04.
There is no relationship between left frame, dialog and right frame.
JDK/JRE tested: 1.8.0_b101 (32/64 bits)
OS/architecture: Ubuntu 12.04 x64
