Bug Description:
  Seeing an issue with the Java 7u40 beta build 38. There is a warning indicating.
  The plugin has security vulnerabilities. Activate Java Deployment Toolkit.

  This warning is pushing the contents of the applet half way down the screen.
  Seeing this when testing with Firefox v23 on Windows 7.
  Did not experience this particular issue with previous JREs but this is the first time testing Firefox v23.
