REGRESSION: Juniper VPN client does not recognize 7u45

      Found that the Juniper VPN client use internally (i.e. for employee connectivity not as part of the product) does not recognize 7u45 -- insisting you have to install a JRE and overall not functioning.

      The Juniper VPN client works fine with 7u40 build 38.
