Steps to reproduce:
1.Install JDK6u65b04(64bit) and JRE6u65b04(64bit) (download from http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jdk/6u65/promoted/fcs/b04/bundles/windows-amd64/jdk-6u65-windows-amd64.exe) under c:/Java/jdk1.6.0_65 and c:/Java/jre6
2.Go to 'Control Panel' and activate 'Java Plugin Control Panel' window, In 'Java Plugin Control Panel'
3. Use browser ff4.2 (download from INTJDK-7605637 in attachment), Load the page : http://jpseuwt-ap/testcases/4406607/jssec.html
4. Click 'Call Applet's Load method' button
5. Click 'OK' in all the Alert windows
6.Check:
If you see "java.security.AccessControlException:access denied" text or other security violation message in Java Console window and contents of NSStyle.css file NOT shown - test FAILED
If you do NOT see any security violation exceotion in Java Console window or see the content of NSStyle.css file shown in Java Console window or see some HTML tags - test PASSED

Actual behavior:
The NSStyle.css file don't show in Java Console window. refer to 4406607.jpg after click "OK".

Validation:
1)We verified this issue on win2008-x64 with jdk6u65b02: It's passed
2)We verified this issue on Windows Vista SP2 x86 with jdk6u65b02: It's passed
