When testing the 8/7u PIT build (08/27/13), the issue in JDK-8023171 still occurred, the java out of date expiration dialog appears before running every app

- IE 9. FF 23. GC 28.x
- 8/7u PIT build

*** Steps to reproduce:

0) Install 7ux or 8 PIT build from the above location
1) Follow the test instruction listed in JDK-8023171

If you still see the same problem in JDK-8023171, the issue is reproducible
Expected the issue fixed in these 8/7u PIT build
