Steps to reproduce:
Take latest build JRE8 and fcs 7u45 (the same bit depth)
1. Install JRE8
2. Try to install JRE 7u
Current behavior:
JRE 7u fail install because JRE already installed
Expected behavior:
JRE 7u should installed beside JRE8
As workaround: if run jre7.exe with key STATIC=1 jre7 will be correctly installed.

This case work fine with JRE 7u and 6u
