A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Once application is installed correctly using offline installer jre-7u21-windows-i586.exe it opens IE browser (version 9.0.8112.16421 32bit) version for verifying installed version of Java and it opens thru UAC control window to apply changes on equipment (ssvagent.exe -old -high), Well, if I answer " Yes " it makes oracle certificate invalid for all purposes, and if I answer " NO " makes valid certicate, but it constantly asks me thru UAC control for Trusting in this Certificate.

REGRESSION. Last worked in version 7u17

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
installing offline installer jre-7u21-windows-i586.exe
it automatically opens IE browser for verifying installed version. ssvagent.exe -old -high

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Opening a UAC control window for trusting in Oracle certificate
ACTUAL -
Only two answer options " YES " and " NO "

ERROR MESSAGES/STACK TRACES THAT OCCUR :
There is no message, only answering " YES " makes oracle certificate invalid for use.

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
Answering " NO " but it is constantly asking me for trusting in oracle certificate, every time I open iexplorer. I tried reinstalling Java again and reinstalling Iexplorer too, and same result is observed.
