OS X 10.7.x Unable to use java web start

Java web start does not work on Mac OS X 10.7.x when tested with the latest OS-compiler-upgrade build.
This problem is specific to Mac OS X 10.7..x (not occurred with Mac OX S 10.8.x or Windows,Linux platforms). The same issue also does not happen on Mac 10.7.x with the corresponding jdk8-b104 promotion build

- x64 Mac OS X 10.7.5
- Latest OS-compiler-upgrades build:

**** Steps to repreoduce:
0) Install the latest Mac OS X compiler upgrade build at the above location
1) Invoke javaws from /Library/Internet P{lug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin/Contents/Home/bin/
e.g javaws -uninstall
or javaws http;//bugster.sfbay.sun.com

If javaws failed to launch with the error "Illegal instruction: 4", the issue is reproducible
