getGlobalFocusOwner does not throw SecurityException
getGlobalFocusOwner does not throw SecurityException when this KeyboardFocusManager is not the current KeyboardFocusManager for the calling thread's context.
JDK/JRE tested: 1.8.0_b106 (32/64 bits)
OS/architecture: Ubuntu 12.04, Mac OS X 10.7.5 (Need to analyze on windows)
Reproducible: Always
Is it a Regression: Yes (It is not reproducible with b01, but reproducible since b42)
Is it a platform specific issue: No
