    Description

      The most recent accessibility push has these issues:
      - boot cycle 64 bit build fails
      - access-bridge*.jar has an extra util directory

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. JDK-8024968 access-bridge*.jar should not include the same files that are in jaccess.jar
