Assignment marks variable as defined too early

I am working on a project that deals with JavaScript heavily called bck2brwsr. I developed it on JDK7 but now, with JDK8 getting closer to final state I also gave it a try (on build 105). It does not work at all - it even crashes Nashorn.

I am reporting this issue to you, as I believe compliant implementation of JavaScript engine in JDK is in your best interest and with a hope that the infrastructure I created for my project could help you find the differences between Nashorn, Rhino and even Chrome's V8 or firefox JavaScript implementation.
