SHORT SUMMARY: Re-wording of log message

Minor bug filed by PSR:
When we used G1 and enabled the logging with -XX:+PrintAdaptiveSizePolicy, we
have found the following message:

 1235.497: [G1Ergonomics (Heap Sizing) did not expand the heap, reason: heap
expansion operation failed]
.
The implication of the message:
  "heap expansion operation failed"
sounds too serious even it's a simple fact that -Xmx has been reached.
Rewording is recommended.
