deployJava.getJREs() returns different values on different browsers
*** Tested Configuration:
- x64 Win 7
- 32-bit jre 6ux, standalone JavaFX runtime 2.2.40
- dt script: http://java.com/js/deployJava.js
deployJava.getJREs()
*** Steps to reproduce:
0) Uninstall all JREs and DT native from test system
1) Instal l32-bit jre 6u65
2) Install JavaFX runtime 2.2.40
3) Use 32-bit (Firefox, Chrome, IE) to load the test page
(using deployJava.getJREs() to get the current installed JREs on the system)

- Use Chrome, Firefox, it returns the "Current installed JRE version: 1.7.0_40"
- Use IE, it returns "Current installed JRE version: 1.6.0_65"
