Reported by Evergreen for 7u21 and definitely reproduced in the recent jdk8 builds (circa b109).

The test, which is just a manual regression test, basically just calls JobAttributes methods setFromPage, setToPage, and several others.
I'm filing the issues separately by a request of development.

Here, look at the case 0 and case 2: neither of the setFromPage and setToPage honored in both cases.
In the case 0 printing of all pages is required, so the page settings seems redundant, however in case 2 Range printing is requested but isn't set anywhere in print dialog.
