[macosx] Attribute settings don't work for JobAttributes setDestination

      Reported by Evergreen for 7u21 and definitely reproduced in the recent jdk8 builds (circa b109).
      Please use the test attached in https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8025988 .

      The test, which is just a manual regression test, basically just calls JobAttributes methods setDestination and several others.
      I'm filing the issues separately by a request of development.

      Here, look at the case 1: setDestination is not honored, it seems.
