      In jdk8 message drop40TLpit test, the following jar output for sv_SE is incorrect.

      en_US: Usage: jar {ctxui}[vfm0Me] [jar-file] [manifest-file] [entry-point] [-C dir] files ...
      sv_SE: Syntax: jar {ctxui}[vfm0Me] [jar fil] [manifestfil] [startpunkt] [-C-katalog] ...

      "files" is missing after localized to sv_SE.
