Starting with -Djava.net.useSystemProxies=true fails to get system proxy settings (Solaris only)

    • Here is the result of uname, SunOS xxxxxx 5.10 Generic_148889-02 i86pc i386 i86pc

      When running SystemProxies.java manually on Solaris platform with openjdk8 and -Djava.net.useSystemProxies=true, it fails to fetch the system proxy.

      On Linux platform, it shares the same code. But the issue only happens on Solaris.
