      Description

        There are 3 text changes required by PM and UE related to Exception List:
        1.) The current descriptive text on the Security Panel needs to be updated for better clarity. It now says "Applications that are hosted on any of the sites listed below will be allowed to run."
        2.) The text on the Security Panel button: Request to change the button label from "Manage Exceptions" to "Manage Site List"
        (this was JDK-8027606)
        3.) On the Exception Site List Dialog: The current message text needs to be updated for better clarity. It now says "Sites that use the FILE or HTTP protocol (as indicated) are considered a security risk. We recommend using HTTPS sites where available."
        request is to have it say: "FILE and HTTP protocols are considered a security risk. We recommend using HTTPS sites where available."
