Start VO. Start SwingSet2. The first button gets focus. VO says, "checked checkbox" On Windows you hear "JInternalFrame Toggle Button pressed", i.e. the accessible name, the accessible role, the accessible state. So the Mac implementation is missing the accessible name. Also the accessible role is probably wrong, i.e. checkbox instead of toggle button.
