PSR sees a performance regression in one of their benchmarks between 7u15 and
7u40. They are using Parallel GC, but we don't known what area they are
seeing the regression in. We don't have a lot of data, step one should
probably be to ask for additional logs, and run with added verbose flags in
the bugdb bug.
