[TEST_BUG] runNameEquals still cannot precisely detect if a usable native krb5 is available

      Description

        On Linux, we call krb5-config to determine if a native krb5 library is available. However, sometimes only 64-bit library is included so this command succeeds, but the library is not usable by a 32-bit JRE.
