It is noticed that Java Update dialog popped up every time when invoking Java Control Panel or interacting w/ its options

( can be reproducible on different machines)


*** Steps to reproduce:
0) Uninstall all JREs from the systemi (if any)
1) Install deploy PIT bundle

2) Invoke Java control panel

You can see the Java Update dialog popped up "You already had the latest Java Platform on this system."

If you don't see the Java Update dialog yet, try to add a site to the Exception Site List

From this point on, whenever you invoke the Java control panel or interact with its available option, the Java Update dialog always popped up every single time
