JDK/JRE README is out of date

      The Readme files for JDK/JRE 7 and below just have one line that say " Please refer to http://java.com/licensereadme"

      The Readme File for JDK 8 EA builds has the full text of the JDK 7 Readme.

      The JDK 8 readme should just say "Please refer to http://java.com/licensereadme""

      And the specified location should contain a link to a JDK 8 readme (by the time we GA JDK 8)
