rollback changes in make/jprt.properties for embedded testing

      Description

        I accidentally included make/jprt.properties changes into 8028515 changes:

        http://hg.openjdk.java.net/ppc-aix-port/stage/hotspot/rev/50fdb38839eb

        Each time PPC64 changes touch our Hotspot closed sources and even when they are not I have to run JPRT test job to run tests on embedded platforms.
        I did it by applying additional patch for make/jprt.properties which switch it on and rolling it back before the final push. Yesterday I forgot to rollback.

        Current Hotspot sources don't have it because not all JPRT queues have embedded hardware.

        I will rollback it before the final merge into out main sources.
