Java BOM Reference:
http://wiki.se.oracle.com/download/attachments/13077334/Java+BOM.xlsx?version=30&modificationDate=1381281683000
Issue:
In the BOM document, there is no reference to some of the bundles found under the server-jre promoted directory
EG:
http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jdk/7u51/promoted/fcs/b13/bundles/linux-x64/server-jre-7u51-fcs-bin-b13-linux-amd64-18_dec_2013.tar.gz

http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jdk/7u51/promoted/fcs/b13/bundles/solaris-x64/server-jre-7u51-fcs-bin-b13-solaris-amd64-18_dec_2013.tar.gz
http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jdk/7u51/promoted/fcs/b13/bundles/macosx-x64/server-jre-7u51-fcs-bin-b13-macosx-amd64-18_dec_2013.tar.gz
http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jdk/7u51/promoted/fcs/b13/bundles/macosx-x64/server-jre-7u51-fcs-bin-b13-macosx-x64-18_dec_2013.tar.gz
http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jdk/7u51/promoted/fcs/b13/bundles/macosx-x64/server-jre-7u51-fcs-bin-b13-macosx-x86_64-18_dec_2013.tar.gz
Question:
1. Should Release Engineering remove soft link to *amd64* or should QE ignore these soft links (specifically *amd64*)
2. There is no reference to server-jre bundles for Mac OS. Is there a reference to any document that states that we DO NOT need server JRE bundles for Mac OS? If yes, then should Release Engineering remove these bundles from promoted location to avoid confusion?
