Testing env: 64bit win7, jre 8 b120, IE8

Steps to reproduce:
- clear cache
- set security slider to medium
- download http://rehte.cn.oracle.com:8080/FXBasicAuth/clientKeyStore.p12 and import it into client authentication cert store. pwd is changeit.
- load fx application http://rehte.cn.oracle.com:8080/FXBasicAuth/html/HelloHttps.html
- Click continue for https dialog
- there is an authentication dialog, input changeit as password (due to RT-35122, another authentication dialog may show)
- Accept signed jar security dialog and app is launched.
- Close app and reopen it. if there is client authentication dialog, bug is reproduced.(app is launched from cache, update policy is background, no authentication dialog should show)
