DateTimeFormatter dtf = DateTimeFormatter.ofPattern("yyyyMMddHHmmssSSS");
LocalDateTime t1 = LocalDateTime.parse(x, dtf);
EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
