Document known Solaris ucrypto issue and its workaround

      Solaris 11 and later releases contains a bug in its GCM impl which leads unexpected exception being thrown when using AES/GCM/NoPadding cipher from OracleUcrypto provider.

      We should document this known bug and its workaround.
