Remove the unnecessary enum GenRemSet::Name

      There is only one class in the VM that derives from GenRemSet: CardTableRS. Therefore it is unnecessary to have the enum GemRemSet::Name that only consists of the values "CardTable" and "Other" when there is no "Other".
