This bug could be a P3 depending upon the impact. Came across this issue while trying to reproduce some other issue.

To Reproduce:

Install JDK 8 - earlier build,
And uninstall it
This leaves behind .accessibility.properties file in the Users/xxcurrentuserxx directory
Renamed the left over .accessibility.properties file to .accessibility.properties.old since some modifications were done to this file for testing
Now installed the recent build

Expected:

.accessbility.properties file in the users/xxcurrentuserxx directory

Actual:

Noticed that the .accessibility.properties.old file getting updated, and there was no .accessbility.properties file present and the access bridge was not working as expected.
