Remove sun.misc.ClassLoaderUtil

      sun.misc.ClassLoaderUtil was added as a temporary fix in 6349735 (into JDK 1.5) for the ability to explicitly release resources held by classloaders. This functionality has been added to a public API in 4167874 in JDK 1.7. So, we would like to remove the temporary sun.misc API now and its test from the regression tree.
