Eliminate CORBA dependency on sun.awt.AppContext

      The changes for JDK-7141694 have introduced a highly undesirable dependency from CORBA on sun.awt.AppContext. This issue needs to be re-examined to see if it can be removed. If this code really needs to be use AppContext then maybe it could be changed to use sun.misc.JavaAWTAccess.
