The PRD for 8u26 says:
The Compact 1 profile (Minimal VM) of Java SE Embedded 8 version must not have a performance regression greater than 10% when compared to OJEC 1.1.1 release.
That would be a CDC Convergence requirement, where-as the real goal of this requirement is to improve
performance relative to 8.
We would like to request that this be a general startup improvement PRD item, driven by the current gap with CDC.
