The task is used to track xml test code migration from SQE repo into JAXP repo.
The original code location is:

All tests in unit-test are Junit format. It will be transformed as testNG test and moved to jdk9 JAXP repo, here it means http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk9/dev/jaxp

Since there are so many tests in unit-test. The task is only used as one summary for whole task. The tests will be transformed and pushed in several sub tasks. See linked task to get more info.
