This change adds support for building the Linux/PPC64 port for little endian execution model as recently introduced by ELFv2 ABI for PowerPC64.
The ELFv2 ABI is used on Linux running on the little endian PowerPC64.
This change mainly fixes the HotSpot build and some implementation files which cope with byte ordering.
