Bundlers.loadDefaultBundlers() loads duplicated bundlers

      Bundlers bundlers = Bundlers.createBundlersInstance();
      bundlers.loadDefaultBundlers();


      After running this code 20 bundlers are loaded, so every bundler is loaded twice.
      This, surely, is not expected behavior.
