It is not a regression.
JobAttributes#setFromPage and setToPage do not work on OS X when DefaultSelectionType is not set
to RANGE.
If we JobAttributes#setDefaultSelection(JobAttributes.
                                            DefaultSelectionType.ALL); (or SELECTION)
and then call JobAttributes#setFromPage and setToPage fields in print dialog are not changed.

On Windows all is OK. It is OS X issue.

Test fails on MAC OS X:
