Steps to reproduce:
1.Install the JDK7u60b11(64bit) download from http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jdk/7u60/promoted/ea/b11/bundles/macosx-x86_64/jdk-7u60-ea-macosx-x86_64.dmg locate at /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.7.0_60.jdk/Contents/Home

2.Download workspace from http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jnlp_tck/6.0.18/promoted/latest/bundles/jnlp_tck-6_0_18.jar

3.Use ..\java -jar jnlp_tck-6_0_18.jar then put TCK-JNLP-6.0.18 under /var/root/Desktop/tck/tck1.7

4.Download the file jnlp60.jtx and replace the file jnlp60.jtx under the /var/root/Desktop/tck/tck1.7/TCK-JNLP-6.0.18/lib/ directory

5.Download attachment file jnlp-WinXPPro.zip. uncompress it to /var/root/Desktop/tck/tck1.7/jnlp-WinXPPro

6.Run the script javatest.sh under /var/root/Desktop/tck/tck1.7/jnlp-WinXPPro/AT-03.26-12.46.15/RUN

Actual behavior:
The case:api/javax_jnlp/SingleInstanceService/index.html#AddRemove failed automatically.
