In preparation for modules then we need to identify all JDK-specific APIs that are exported and supported.

One JDK-specific API is com.oracle.net. This is not a documented and not supported by Oracle. We should consider removing it from the jdk repository as it shouldn't be there.

I have not found any 3rd party libraries using this API. If there is a strong need then it could potentially come back as a jdk.net API in the future.
