liberate two manual kerberos tests

    Description

      The following 2 tests create KerberosPrincipal without realm info, therefore a default realm is needed in krb5.conf. Just provide one in the tests:

         test/javax/security/auth/kerberos/KerberosHashEqualsTest.java
         test/javax/security/auth/kerberos/KerberosTixDateTest.java
