com.sun.security.auth.module missing classes on some platforms

    Description


      The build currently excludes NTSystem on non-Windows platform, and UnixSystem on Windows.

      This bug asked that this be re-examined, otherwise if you compile on one platform and run on another then you risk NoClassDefFoundError.
